The Xhosa Gospel Mission, active since 1996, serves communities around Amalinda by sharing the Gospel and supporting basic needs—health, education, and vocational training—all rooted in the love of God. Over the years, countless lives have been touched.
Six loving homes provide safe, stable care for approximately 40 children, from infancy through adolescence.
Churches have been planted in Amalinda Forest, Scenery Park, and Khayelitsha. Local pastors continue to receive ongoing mentorship and support.
Located at Scenery Park Baptist, this hospice serves up to six patients at a time—offering compassionate care, whether toward emotional restoration or dignified end-of-life support.
Established during the COVID-19 lockdown to meet urgent needs, this ministry provides a nutritious meal five days a week to vulnerable individuals in Amalinda Forest and Scenery Park.
South Africa’s foster care grant of R850/month often falls short of essentials like food, education, clothing, and housing—and some of our children receive no grant at all due to systemic issues. Would you consider helping to cover these additional needs for one child in our care?
